‍1. Acceptance of Terms
‍By visiting Poblano's Mexican Grill ("we," "us," "our," or "the Restaurant"), making a reservation, ordering food or beverages, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

‍2. Use of Photography and Social Media Content

2.1 Patron Content and Likeness
‍By visiting our establishment, you acknowledge and agree that:You may be photographed, filmed, or recorded while on our premisesThe Restaurant reserves the right to use photographs, videos, or other media featuring patrons (including your likeness, voice, and image) for marketing, promotional, and social media purposesSuch content may be used across various platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, our website, print materials, and advertisementsNo compensation will be provided for the use of your likeness in our promotional materials

‍2.2 Patron-Generated Content
‍If you post content featuring Poblano's Mexican Grill on social media or other platforms:You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content. We may repost, share, or feature your content on our official social media accounts and marketing materials. You represent that you own all rights to the content you post or have obtained necessary permissions

‍2.3 Opt-Out Option
‍If you do not wish to be photographed or featured in our promotional materials, please notify a manager immediately upon arrival.

‍3. Reservations and Seating

3.1 Reservations are subject to availability and may be cancelled by the Restaurant due to unforeseen circumstances.

‍3.2 We reserve the right to limit reservation times during peak hours.

‍3.3 A grace period of 15 minutes is provided for reservations. After this time, your table may be released.

‍3.4 Seating arrangements are at the discretion of Restaurant management.

‍4. Food and Beverage Service

4.1 Menu and Pricing
‍Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue items. Prices listed do not include applicable taxes and gratuity

‍4.2 Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions
‍It is the patron's responsibility to inform staff of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that cross-contamination will not occur. The Restaurant is not liable for allergic reactions or dietary complications

‍4.3 Food Safety
‍All food is prepared in accordance with local health and safety regulations. Any food safety concerns should be reported to management immediately

‍5. Alcohol Service

5.1 Valid government-issued identification is required for all alcohol purchases. We comply with Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) regulations.

‍5.2 We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service to any patron at our discretion.

‍5.3 Patrons must be 21 years or older to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.

‍5.4 The Restaurant is not responsible for the actions of patrons after consuming alcohol on our premises.

‍5.5 We support responsible drinking and may arrange transportation services for impaired patrons.

‍6. Conduct and Behavior6.1 Patrons are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner.

‍6.2 We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any patron who: Engages in disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior. Harasses staff or other patrons. Appears intoxicated or under the influence of substances. Violates health and safety protocols.

‍6.3 Smoking (including e-cigarettes and vaping) is prohibited inside the restaurant in accordance with Texas law.

‍7. Payment and Gratuity

7.1 We accept cash and major credit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.

‍7.2 For parties of 6 or more, an automatic gratuity of 18% may be added.

‍7.3 All disputed charges must be addressed before leaving the premises.

‍8. Lost or Stolen Property

8.1 The Restaurant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

‍8.2 Lost and found items will be held for 30 days before disposal or donation.

‍9. Gift Cards and Promotions

9.1 Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

‍9.2 Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

‍9.3 We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.

‍10. Liability and Indemnification

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poblano's Mexican Grill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your visit or use of our services.

‍10.2 Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services on the date of the incident.

‍11. Modifications to Terms
‍We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

‍12. Governing Law
‍These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
